Job Summary

As a key member of our hospitality operation, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, Food ordering, and inspiring your team to achieve excellence. Your leadership will drive the creation of innovative menus, maintain efficient kitchen operations, and uphold our commitment to outstanding service. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality food production
- Develop and execute creative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize efficiency
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their culinary skills and teamwork
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful culinary teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and health regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Solid background in culinary arts with a passion for innovative cuisine development
- Experience in restaurant operations, including serving guests and managing food service workflows
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
