The main duties will include:
- Supervising the flow of work for the Eurocentral Service team into the workshop and allocating work as required making sure required customer deadlines are met
- Assisting the Aftersales Manager with daily operations
- Assist with achieving departmental sales and profit targets along with management of departmental costs
- Ensuring that job extensions are properly authorised and processed
- Resolving customer issues
- Developing service improvement initiatives
- Managing staff performance and development including carrying out regular performance assessments of team members, and monitoring and enforcing time control within the Service team
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Essential Criteria
- Practical experience in an Aftersales environment
- Ability to estimate accurately times for diagnosis and repair
- Basic computer skills
- Numerate
- Hard working with the ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
- Organised work ethic
- Safe and responsible work manner
- Customer focused
- Reliable and punctual
- Full UK Driving Licence.

- Possess strong interpersonal and mediation skills to communicate calmly and effectively
- Be able to analyse data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions to service challenges
- Contribute to strategic planning and the implementation of organisational goals.
