Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and enhance the overall guest experience. As the Bar Manager, you will oversee daily operations of both bars, manage staff, and implement marketing strategies to drive sales while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Oversee all bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote bar offerings and increase customer engagement.
- Execute events, including private parties, banquets, and special promotions.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling costs to stay within budget.
- Train and supervise bar staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for supplies and services related to bar operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with catering teams to ensure seamless service during events.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue.
