We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty and wellness team. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Deliver specialised services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to meet client preferences
- Provide excellent guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalised recommendations
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing
- Utilise social media management skills to promote the salon’s services, special offers, and showcase work through various platforms
- Upsell additional treatments or products to enhance client experience and maximise revenue opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist with management tasks when required, supporting the smooth operation of the salon
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty therapy role with a strong portfolio of nail art and treatments
- Knowledge of management practices within a salon environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in providing additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, or makeup application is preferred
- Previous work in hospitality or guest services roles will be considered an asset
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery
