About the role
Bunge is seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Operators to join our team for the 2026/27 harvest season, running from October through to January. Based in Eastwood, this role offers a great entry point into the Australian grain industry.
As a Call Centre Operator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing accurate, up-to-date information to our grain farmers across South Australia and Victoria.
You will engage with farmers on a daily basis, supporting both grain receival and storage operations, as well as grain accumulation processes across the business.
This role operates on a casual roster, with shifts scheduled based on operational requirements. Flexibility is important, as you may be required to work weekends during peak periods.

Key responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Respond to farmer enquiries via phone and email, delivering a high level of customer service
- Provide clear and accurate information on harvest services, products, and processes
- Support farmers in using digital tools and online platforms
- Process transactions through internal systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Gain exposure to the grain supply chain, including marketing, storage, and handling operations
