Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Manager to lead and optimise our human resources functions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing HR strategies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Duties
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training programmes, and performance management systems.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve workforce planning strategies.
- Maintain compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies through regular audits.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments through presentations and meetings.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Utilise HR platforms to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports for management review.
- Training Line Managers on HR policies & practices
- Manage all employee pension schemes including council-based pensions
- Managing absence records, including absence policies and processes
- Previous experience in compliance checking from Right to Work, DBS Checks and Licence Checking for users of company vehicles
- Capability of carrying out HR Duties across multiples sites and business
- Handling TUPE transfers both in and out of the business and providing/evaluating TUPE data & dealing with TUPE requirements.
Experience
- Proven management experience within human resources.
- CIPD level 5 or above
- Experience in managing TUPE processes and TUPE legislation
- Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, and organisational development.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information for strategic planning.
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate HR initiatives effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional approach to stakeholder engagement.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
