KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate and fulfil insurance validation & property reinstatement claims.
- Manage multi-trades ensuring a high level of quality works are met .
- Strictly monitor variation forms, validation schedules, and cost controls.
- Maintain clear communication with policyholders, adjusters, & insurers.
- Ensure total compliance with site Health & Safety regulations.
- Drive strict insurer KPIs for swift project delivery.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proven track record managing insurance building claims & reinstatement.
- Strong technical background in construction or trade management.
- In-depth knowledge of scopes of work.
- Excellent communication, and client-facing skills.
- Full UK Driving License (covering field operations in the Northwest).
Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
