Overall Objective:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our teachers and students in a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You will play a key role in helping students achieve their full potential by providing both educational and personal support, while promoting independence, wellbeing and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
· Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
· Assist students during structed and unstructured activities
· Promote inclusion and uphold the school’s values and ethos
· Encourage independence, hygiene and personal development in students
· Provide personal care respectfully when required
· Prove administrative and classroom support, including preparing resources
What We’re Looking For
· Experience working with children and supporting learning
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to monitor, record and support student development
· A caring, patient and proactive approach

Qualifications & Training: NVQ Level 3 in Supporting, Teaching and Learning Desirable, but not essential.
