Prize Shop Assistant
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately, using tickets customers have won
- Maintain good organization of the shop floor, including restocking and arranging displays
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise
- Support with opening and closing procedures
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service is not essential, training will be given.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills to manage tasks effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize duties accordingly
