At Pinn Dental, we believe a dental visit shouldn’t feel cold, clinical, or stressful. We are redefining the dental journey by treating our patients like guests in a boutique hotel. We are looking for a warm, articulate, and hospitality-minded Patient Experience Coordinator to be the face and voice of our practice. In this role, you aren’t just booking appointments; you are a patient’s trusted guide helping them navigate their treatment plans, easing their anxieties, and advising them on their financial and care options with absolute transparency and warmth. No prior dental experience?
No problem. If you have a background in premium hospitality, luxury retail, fine dining, or cabin crew, we will fully train you on the dental side. We hire for heart and attitude first.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (YOUR DAY-TO-DAY) Elevate the First Impression: Greet patients by name, offer them refreshments, and maintain our beautiful, calming reception lounge so it feels more like a spa than a clinic. Guide the Patient Journey: Act as a post-consultation guide. Sit with patients to explain "what happens next" in their treatment plans so they always feel informed and cared for.
Dental Finance: Confidently present treatment costs, explain dental plans, and walk patients through financing options with clarity, empathy, and zero pressure. Protect the Experience:
Manage our scheduling system efficiently to ensure patients are never kept waiting and the clinical team has the perfect flow to deliver unhurried care.
The Extra Mile: Make proactive wellness follow-up calls to patients after major treatments to check on their recovery.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Hospitality First: 2+ years of high-touch customer service experience (hospitality, luxury retail, premium reception, cabin crew, or high-end salons).
Natural Empathy: An active listener who can sense when a patient is nervous and naturally knows how to put them at ease. Excellent Communication: The ability to explain complex details (like treatment steps or insurance/ payment structures) in a simple, reassuring way. Poise Under Pressure:
A calm, positive demeanor even when multitasking between ringing phones, patient check-ins, and team requests.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH PINN DENTAL Balanced Lifestyle:
Enjoy clear scheduling with a dedicated day off during the week whenever you work a weekend shift.
A Beautiful Work Environment: Work in a modern, state-of-the-art practice with a team that values positive culture and mutual support.
Growth & Training: Comprehensive, ongoing training in premium patient care, communication, and dental systems. Perks & Benefits: ◦ Performance-based bonuses. ◦ Complimentary dental care for you (and discounted care for immediate family). ◦ Holiday / PTO allowance.
Regular team social events and wellness perks.
