Drummond Heating is a second-generation family business with over 45 years in the industry. We work across some of the most technically demanding and prestigious sites in the region - elite hotels, private exclusive residences, schools, prisons, and Hampshire County Council contracts. We're not a volume contractor. We're a team of specialists who take real pride in doing the job properly.
We've built a structured pathway for the right domestic engineer to make the move into commercial - and we're looking for someone ready to take it.

This programme breaks that cycle.
The Route Up Programme
A fully funded, structured pathway from domestic to fully commercial qualified - with salary milestones tied to every qualification you achieve.
▶ Start → £38,000
CCN1 + Gas Safe registered, 3 years domestic experience
▶ Month 6 → £40,000
CODNCO1 achieved
▶ Month 12 → £44,000
ICPN1 + CIGA1 achieved
▶ Full commercial sign-off → £44,000+
CDGA1 + CORT1 + TPCP1a achieved
▶ Senior commercial engineer → £54,000–£58,000
Every qualification is fully funded and completed on paid development days - you won't be studying in your own time or paying a penny out of pocket.

What you need to apply
- CCN1 + Gas Safe registered (minimum 12 months)
- At least 3 years domestic heating experience
- The technical ability and the drive to go further
- Full UK driving licence
