Contract Manager – Aluminium Windows, Doors & Curtain Walling
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Contract Manager to join our growing team in the aluminium glazing industry.
This is an office-based management role for someone who can confidently oversee projects from start to finish while fully understanding how installations work on site and being able to resolve technical and installation-related issues when they arise.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from the office, including:
- Overseeing aluminium window, door and curtain walling projects from start to completion
- Coordinating installation teams and subcontractors
- Managing project schedules, deliveries and site requirements
- Communicating with clients, suppliers and site teams
- Resolving installation and technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and to a high standard
- Managing projects ranging from:
- Small domestic installations
- Commercial glazing packages
- Large curtain walling developments
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience within the aluminium glazing industry
- Excellent understanding of aluminium installations and site processes
- Ability to solve technical and installation-related problems remotely from the office
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand construction details
- Confident working with installation teams and keeping projects under control
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Works mainly from the office but fully understands how installations operate on site
- Can manage teams, organise projects and keep communication flowing
- Has extensive experience dealing with installation challenges and finding practical solutions
- Can take ownership of projects from handover to completion
- Understands both the technical and operational side of aluminium systems

Pay: £17.00-£24.00 per hour
