We're looking for an enthusiastic, professional and highly organised Treatment Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing private practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service and helping patients feel informed, confident and excited about their treatment journey.
You'll have your own dedicated consultation room and work alongside an experienced team of clinicians providing everything from routine dental care to smile makeovers, Invisalign, dental implants and facial aesthetics.

The Role
As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for guiding patients through every stage of their treatment journey, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from their first enquiry through to completion of treatment.
Working closely with our clinicians and reception team, you'll help patients understand their treatment options, answer questions, coordinate appointments and provide ongoing support throughout their care.
You'll also play an important role in helping the practice grow by converting enquiries into treatment, encouraging patient referrals, promoting our membership plans and helping generate positive Google Reviews from happy patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide a first-class consultation experience.
- Build rapport and establish trusting relationships with patients.
- Discuss treatment plans prepared by our clinicians in a clear and supportive manner.
- Explain treatment options, costs and finance options confidently.
- Coordinate patient journeys from consultation through to completion.
- Manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth treatment progression.
- Liaise closely with dentists, hygienists and reception to provide seamless patient care.
- Follow up treatment enquiries and convert opportunities into booked treatment.
- Support practice growth through patient referrals, promoting our dental membership plan and encouraging Google Reviews.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Software of Excellence (Exact).
- Use Dental Monitoring software where appropriate (training can be provided).
- Ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience at every stage of their journey.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within a dental practice.
- Experience using Software of Excellence (Exact) or similar dental software.
- Good understanding of dental treatments and terminology.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience with Spark, cosmetic dentistry and implant treatment pathways.
Desirable
- Previous Treatment Coordinator experience.
- Experience using Dental Monitoring
