We are looking for 2 friendly, outgoing, proactive Front of House to join our team. The post will be for couple weekday mornings 08.00-13.30 and one weekend shift either a Saturday or Sunday 09.00-18.00
The ideal candidate will have Sales experience and experience with canva, social media and attracting new business. Be creative, as the post allows you to implement your own creative ideas to attract new business and member retention
- To be the first point of contact for all members and guests entering the club
- To work with team members to ensure that the club offers a consistent customer experience that complies with Energize brand standards
- To understand the Energize systems and products and ensure communication is correct to all members and guests
- To utilise the Clubwise management system to maintain member records and book appointments
- To complete all task calls and processes generated by Clubwise
- To answer emails in an effectively timely manner
- To conduct sales tours and offer the best membership options
- To be active at gaining prospects and converting them into sales
- To attend corporate events to gain new membership sales
- To promote the member referral scheme
- To deal with member complaints and membership issues
- Hourly changing room checks, ensuring kept to the highest standards and cleaning when necessary
- To be adaptable to work in other areas of the club when necessary
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
