The Role:
- Develop new business opportunities with engineering and technology companies
- Recruit specialist professionals across Mechanical Design, Electronics, Embedded Software, Robotics and Space Technology
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to offer negotiation and placement
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates while becoming a recognised expert within your market
Requirements:
- At least 12 months' experience in a sales, business development or target-driven customer-facing role
- A proven track record of achieving KPIs, revenue targets or sales objectives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated by career progression, uncapped commission and the opportunity to build a successful career in specialist recruitment
