Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable used vehicles, emphasizing features and benefits.
- Conduct thorough vehicle presentations, including test drives, to showcase the value of each car.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer information, and streamline sales processes.
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance packages, or accessories to maximize customer value.
- Maintain a clean and organized dealership environment, ensuring vehicles are well-presented both on the lot and online.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet or exceed sales goals while adhering to company policies.
Skills
- Proven experience in automotive sales management with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and clearly articulate vehicle features.
- Strong phone etiquette for engaging prospects over calls and following up professionally.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software to document interactions, track leads, and analyze sales data.
- Demonstrated upselling skills combined with a positive attitude towards customer service.
