Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: London
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+ Year 1)
About the Role
We are looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join our growing recruitment team. This is a fast-paced, sales-focused role where you will be trained to become a high-performing Recruitment Consultant, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from winning clients to placing candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Proactively source and attract candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Build and manage your own client portfolio
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Negotiate job offers and salaries
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Work towards and exceed weekly and monthly targets
- Develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients
