Job Objective
To lead and manage a team to achieve the highest possible customer service standards in line with our Customer Service Policy.
Key Responsibilities:

Maximise team performance through proactive management and organisation

Evaluate and react to customer service issues and resolve in line with company policy

Ensure planning, pricing and quotations are accurate, well presented, submitted on time and include pricing criteria and T&Cs
-
Ensure that best value is obtained in all areas of the business and that savings are made wherever possible

Ensure all RFS procedures are followed efficiently
-
Ensure every customer has current information packs and all other relevant Designer Contracts literature
Other areas of responsibilities include:

Evaluating and reacting to all customer service issues in line with the Company policy

Ensuring effective communication across the business and our customers

Monitoring and managing the performance of staff

Ensuring that the team always give excellent service

Coaching, developing, motivating and training staff
