Your Responsibilities
- Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension applications with precision and care
- Deliver expert brow lamination services tailored to each client's natural brow shape
- Execute Korean lash lift treatments to the highest standard
- Conduct thorough client consultations and patch tests
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation protocols at all times
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to support retention and rebooking
- Keep accurate service records and communicate effectively with the team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in lash extensions (classic, hybrid, and/or volume)
- Hands-on experience with brow lamination and Korean lash lift techniques
- Relevant certifications and/or formal training in lash and brow services
- A meticulous eye for detail and a genuine passion for beauty artistry
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as in a team Portfolio or before-and-after photos of previous work (highly desirable)
