We are looking to add to our Kitchen team for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for August 2026.
The applicant will be working in a fast paced kitchen environment and able to learn from our chef team.
Duties will include:
- Stock rotation and deliveries
- Supporting chef and the team
- Kitchen cleaning
- Prep and some dishes
You will be included in Kitchen tips pool.
Reliable with good time keeping and excellent spoken English.
This is available as part-time or full time Fringe role including, evenings and weekend shifts. From 10 to 40hrs depending on applicants needs
All applicants must be available for the duration of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival including all weekends in August 2026 (31st July to 31st August)

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
