Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Landscape Gardener to join our dynamic team dedicated to creating and maintaining stunning outdoor environments. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planting, and caring for gardens, lawns, and landscape features that enhance the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. We need someone with experience in fencing and groundwork , must have theses skills.
Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems to install, maintain, and repair landscape features with precision and care
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery according to design plans and horticultural best practices
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, pruning plants, weeding beds, and mulching to ensure healthy growth
- Manage irrigation systems to optimize water usage and maintain lush landscapes during different seasons
- Conduct growing experience activities by monitoring plant health, diagnosing issues, and applying appropriate treatments
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscape projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards
- Keep detailed records of work performed, plant inventories, and maintenance schedules for ongoing landscape care
Requirements
- Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance with a strong understanding of plant care principles
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and irrigation equipment safely and effectively
- Growing experience in selecting suitable plants for various environments and understanding their growth requirements
- Knowledge of landscape design principles and ability to follow detailed instructions from landscape plans
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent physical stamina for manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and bending
- A genuine passion for gardening and creating beautiful outdoor spaces that inspire others

Pay: £15.00-£35,410.66 per hour
