About the Role
We are looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our operation.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are exactly the same. You will be responsible for delivering parcels safely and efficiently to customers across an allocated delivery route, providing a professional service and representing our business to a high standard.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors and staying active rather than being stuck behind a desk. You will be on your feet for much of the day, walking between your vehicle and customers’ properties and handling parcels of various sizes and weights.
Full training is provided before going out independently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Typically delivering approximately 120–170 parcels per day, depending on the route and time of year.
- Loading your van and organising parcels so that your route can be completed efficiently.
- Driving safely and responsibly throughout your working day.
- Delivering parcels to residential and business addresses.
- Using handheld technology to scan parcels, record deliveries and follow your route.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Following delivery instructions and dealing with customers courteously.
- Handling parcels carefully, including heavier items.
- Managing your time effectively to complete your route within the required timeframe.
- Reporting any delivery problems, vehicle issues or other concerns.
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks and keeping the van clean and presentable.
- Following all procedures, road traffic laws and company health and safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Previous delivery or courier experience is useful but not essential. Full training will be provided.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.

The Reality of the Job
This is a physical, full-time delivery role. You will spend most of the day on the road and on your feet, regularly walking, climbing stairs and carrying parcels.
A typical day can involve 120+ deliveries and many miles of driving depending on the time of year, with your day starting between 5:00am-7:30am. so this role suits someone who enjoys being up, active, works well independently and takes pride in getting the job done.
