We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily operations at our store. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage stock levels, oversee merchandising displays, and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
- Implement sales strategies to maximise revenue whilst maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to promote product knowledge and enhance team skills.
- Handle administrative duties including reporting, inventory management, and maintaining sales records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and professional development.
- Utilise strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within retail or similar environments, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience in sales management, merchandising, and organisational planning.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as reporting, stock control, and scheduling.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
- Outstanding organisational skills complemented by good phone etiquette and professional demeanour.
- Previous experience in retail management or related fields is preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude is essential. Pay: £32,000.00-£38,314.72 per year
