Charlotte House Hotel is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for an experienced Wedding and Events Co-Ordinator with proven experience of planning and delivering exceptional weddings, private functions and corporate events.
In this role, you'll create experiences that clients will remember long after the day has ended. From the first enquiry and venue viewing to the final farewell, you'll ensure every detail is planned, communicated and delivered with precision and to the highest standard.
To succeed, you'll be someone who is highly organised, naturally personable and passionate about delivering exceptional service. You'll build confidence through clear communication, anticipate clients' needs and understand that exceptional events are built on meticulous planning, strong relationships and flawless execution.
You'll have experience using social media within a hospitality or events environment, with the ability to recognise opportunities to showcase the venue, capture high-quality content and promote weddings and events in a way that strengthens the Charlotte House Hotel brand and attracts future clients. You'll also be confident using Microsoft Excel, with strong financial acumen to manage budgets, invoicing and event profitability accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with the Hotel & Events Manager, you'll coordinate every stage of the client journey, bringing together colleagues, suppliers and partners to ensure every event runs seamlessly. You'll be trusted to work independently, take ownership and consistently deliver the high standards for which Charlotte House Hotel is known.
As our events take place throughout the week, including evenings and weekends, you'll need the flexibility to work when our clients need us most. Being present to oversee key moments, support colleagues and ensure events are delivered successfully is an essential part of the role. Your usual working pattern is likely to be Wednesday to Saturday, although flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in ownership, thrives on delivering high standards and wants to grow and develop with the company.
