Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of production operations to meet quality standards, delivery deadlines, and safety regulations.
- Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline workflows across manufacturing processes.
- Manage supply chain activities by collaborating with procurement, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP to plan production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and analyze operational data for informed decision-making.
- Supervise manufacturing staff, providing training and mentorship to foster a high-performance team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Oversee quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and comply with industry standards.
- Drive process improvements in assembly lines by analyzing workflow bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions.
- Maintain mechanical knowledge of equipment and machinery to troubleshoot issues promptly and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Solid mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and assembly processes.
- Excellent skills in process improvement, quality control, and supply chain coordination.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams with effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing settings.
