MYM Recruitment are working with our Newtownabbey client who wish to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing as needed.
- Provide support in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns and updating website.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or services
- Assist the sales team with finance proposals and invoicing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
