What You’ll Be Doing
Your key role here at TreatBox will be Printing and Production Assistant. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. We work to daily targets, so being able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards is really important.
Printing & Production
- Preparing products, materials and artwork for printing and personalisation
- Operating heat presses, sublimation printers, and Silhouette vinyl cutting machines safely and accurately
- Using Photoshop to prepare personalised products
- Checking printed products for quality, print positioning and finish
- Monitoring stock levels and letting the relevant team member know when supplies are running low
- Helping to prepare for busy periods, larger corporate orders and seasonal orders
Order Preparation & Gift Wrapping (when needed)
- Writing personalised gift messages (neat, clear handwriting is essential)
- Carefully assembling and beautifully gift-wrapping orders
- Maintaining high standards by checking details to make sure each box feels perfect
Warehouse & Fulfilment (when needed)
- Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
- Working towards daily packing targets as part of the team
- Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and organised
- Supporting the team across all areas of fulfilment
- Being active for most of the day
Content Participation
- The option to take part in occasional social media content (e.g. appearing in “Meet the team” content and group photos)
- No experience needed - just a willingness to get involved!
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Knowledge of Photoshop is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
- Extremely detail-driven with high personal standards
- Able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
- Reliable, organised, and punctual
- Proactive about restocking and preparing materials rather than waiting to be asked
- Hardworking and able to stay focused in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Calm under pressure, especially during peak periods
- Is happy working independently as well as part of a team
- Available to work Saturdays as part of a weekly rota
- Happy working in a warehouse environment (which is cold in the winter - so you'll need to wrap up!)
Contract & Hours
- The role includes a fixed shift from 9am - 1pm on Saturdays, with additional flexible hours available between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- Shifts are organised via a monthly rota provided in advance
- The role will include a minimum of 20 hours, but as TreatBox is a seasonal business hours can fluctuate throughout the year; therefore, day-to-day flexibility is important
