General Manager – Hare & Hounds, Coventry
The Hare & Hounds, Coventry will shortly close for a full internal & external refurbishment & we're looking for a best in class General Manager to build & lead the team from Day 1.
You will be responsible for the overall management and performance of a busy community pub, leading the team to deliver excellent customer service, high standards of food and drink quality and a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage day-to-day operations, staff recruitment and training, stock control, budgeting, compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations and the delivery of sales and profitability targets while building strong relationships with customers and the local community.
Experience in events & functions would be advantageous.

Pay: £41,000.00 per year
