About the role:
Our Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectation. Operating on the front line, they are the real ambassadors of our company, and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.
We are looking for a Supervisor to assist the F&B Manager in all Food and Beverage responsibilities, including staff management and training, Health & Safety and overseeing of all food and beverage outlets. This role is ideal for those who have experience working in customer-facing roles within the hospitality sector. However full training will be provided for individuals with a can do attitude, who are able to display a willingness to learn and a commitment to helping us to deliver our core standards and provide our guests with a great experience every time.
Job description:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage department - Restaurant/Bar and Conference/Banqueting
- To support the F & B Manager to develop, motivate and support your team so as to ensure that all company and department objectives and standards are met
- To ensure that all food and beverage staff are trained on product knowledge: food and wine specifications.
- To drive Team performance, engaging the Team to achieve revenue targets and budget productivity targets
- Support & Guide Team Members on all company operational expectations and standards
- To consistently deliver our service standards
- To adhere to all security procedures
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
