Summary
We are looking for a fantastic teaching assistant to work predominantly in our Year 3 class so that are our children can flourish and reach their full potential. You need to be someone who goes the extra mile for them so you will need to be experienced, excellent at supporting children and groups of children, and compassionate.
We are looking for someone who is kind, patient and motivated to provide the best provision for our children. You will work under the direction of the teacher but use your skills and knowledge to ensure inclusive practices are effective. You will develop relationships with carers and the staff team therefore being a good communicator is essential.
You will:
- Be passionate that every child can excel so they reach their academic potential, are confident and creative
- Be an excellent teaching assistant
- Have experience of working with pupils in a primary school
- Be able to communicate effectively with professionals
- Work collaboratively within our team
- Be a team player who develops their team and approaches in a friendly, succinct manner
