This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on care with leadership, supporting a small team while making a real difference to the lives of older people.
About the Role
As a Trainee Lodge Manager, you'll work alongside a dedicated team of six carers, supporting six to seven elderly clients in a warm, person-centred environment. Your role will be a mix of providing high-quality care, leading by example, and helping to manage the day-to-day running of the lodge.
You'll receive full training and ongoing support to develop your management skills.

- Previous experience in a care role.

- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop into a leadership role.
- Flexibility to work a rota that meets the needs of the service.
