Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional server/ Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance tills at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Restock supplies as needed to maintain an adequate inventory throughout shifts.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations relevant to bar service.
- Experience in serving beverages in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a restaurant or bar setting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Effective time management to ensure timely service during busy hours.
