PPCS is an independent clinic and registered provider with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), providing assessment and treatment services across psychiatry, psychology, and allied disciplines.
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. This role is particularly suited to psychologists who have recently achieved chartered status or are in the earlier stages of their post-qualification career and are looking to build confidence, develop specialist skills, and gain experience within an established multidisciplinary service.
Working alongside experienced psychologists, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals, you will have access to mentoring, peer support, and professional development opportunities designed to help you grow as a practitioner while maintaining the flexibility of remote working.
About the Role
PPCS are offering a flexible working rota.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments, formulations, and therapeutic interventions.
- Producing professional reports and recommendations.
- Making risk-informed clinical decisions with support from senior colleagues when required.
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Participating in peer discussions, case consultations, and reflective practice.
- Contributing to service development and maintaining high clinical standards.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
The role reports directly to the Director of Psychology.

Essential Requirements
- HCPC registration.
- 2 years’ experience at a Clinical Practice
- NHS experience is desirable but not essential.
- Enhanced and up-to-date DBS certificate.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to provide relevant qualification certificates and professional registration documentation.
