Qualified Childcare & Outdoor Educator (Ages 2–5)
A dedicated early‑years practitioner specialising in nature‑based learning for children aged 2–5. Skilled in creating safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate outdoor environments that nurture curiosity, resilience, and independence. Experienced in delivering play‑based learning, supporting emotional regulation, and fostering strong relationships with children and families. Committed to inclusive practice, child‑led exploration, and holistic development through hands‑on outdoor experiences.

Example Responsibilities

- Maintain safe outdoor environments through regular checks and dynamic risk assessments
- Collaborate with families to support each child’s wellbeing and growth
