Are you an experienced Motor Vehicle or Motorsport educator looking for your next challenge?
We are seeking a Curriculum & Standards Coordinator to help drive high-quality teaching, learning, assessment and student achievement across our Motorsport and Motor Vehicle provision. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled FE professional who combines strong industry knowledge with a passion for educational excellence.
Working closely with curriculum leaders and teaching staff, you will lead on internal quality assurance, standardisation, assessment practice and awarding body compliance, ensuring our programmes meet the highest standards and deliver outstanding outcomes for learners. You will also contribute to teaching and support continuous improvement across the curriculum.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience teaching Motor Vehicle and/or Motorsport within Further Education
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle and Motorsport
- Has a recognised teaching qualification
- Has motorsport industry experience (desirable)
- Has experience of leading or managing a team (desirable)
