Targeted SEN Support Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed SEN Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our team. This rewarding role involves providing targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, families and external professionals, you will play a key role in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an SEN Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, adapt learning activities to meet individual needs, monitor progress, and help children develop the skills they need to succeed both academically and socially. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to deliver interventions, support wellbeing, and ensure pupils receive the personalised support they need to flourish.
