The Role
We’re looking for a talented Hair Extension Specialist to join our team. You’ll work with a range of extension methods to help clients achieve length, volume, and confidence, all while upholding the high standards La Bella Vita is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, assess suitability, and recommend the best extension method (e.g. weft, micro-ring, nano-ring, keratin bond, or fusion)
- Apply and fit hair extensions with precision, ensuring seamless blending and a natural finish
- Colour-match extensions accurately to each client’s natural hair
- Carry out removal and maintenance appointments, including move-ups and re-application
- Cut, style, and blend extensions to complement the client’s desired look
- Educate clients on aftercare and home maintenance to protect hair health and extension longevity
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Stay current with new techniques, products, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a hair extension specialist
- Qualification/certification in one or more extension methods
- Strong knowledge of hair types, textures, and colour matching
- Excellent attention to detail and a steady, precise technique
- Great communication and consultation skills
- A professional, client-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality under appointment schedules

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
