Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Fish Fryer/Pizza Burger Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious fish dishes, as well as crafting flavorful pizza burgers that delight our customers. Duties
- Prepare and cook fish dishes, ensuring proper seasoning, portioning, and presentation to meet quality standards
- Assemble and cook pizza burgers with fresh ingredients, maintaining consistency in taste and appearance
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients as needed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, ovens, grills, and prep stations
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues
- Serve food promptly and courteously to customers or front-of-house staff, ensuring a positive dining experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience with frying fish and preparing pizza burgers is highly desirable
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and culinary techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Prior restaurant experience involving serving customers is a plus
