WeConstructUK Ltd is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our growing team, working across social housing refurbishment projects.
The role will involve painting and decorating works within occupied properties, void properties, and kitchen & bathroom replacement programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces, including filling, sanding and making good.
- Emulsion walls and ceilings.
- Gloss and satin finish to woodwork and metalwork.
- Carry out decorating works to a high standard.
- Complete snagging and finishing works.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service in occupied homes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid CSCS Card
- Experience within social housing is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- High attention to detail with a quality-first approach.
- Reliable, professional and punctual.
