Role and responsibilities
- Ensure Service Users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
- To contribute to the efficient running of the service
- Support Service Users to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community
- Ensure Care Plans and other information about how to support Service Users are followed
- Be responsible for informing the Senior Carer of any changes in the needs of Service Users
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
- Supporting Individuals with personal care with any daily tasks such as bathing, showering, applying creams and lotions and general laundry, all in the comfort of the individuals home. with upholding dignity and compassion at all times.

Minimum requirements to work with Link Care Solutions as a Home Care Assistant:
- You must have the right to work within the UK
- You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively
- Essential to have own transport
- A warm, compassionate, and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding.
