About the client....
At Team H&M, we manage full-funnel, cross-channel digital planning, activation and strategic development for H&M’s Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic activity across +40 markets worldwide. Those markets are organised by Region: Americas, Central Europe, Northern Europe, Eastern Europe, Southern Hemisphere and India.
Our team structure replicates a single-client agency set-up with five core functions: Strategy, Digital Centre of Excellence, Digital Planning and Activation, Measurement and Operations. With a total headcount of +100, we are based in four different offices: London (45 people), India, Colombia and New York, with all client leadership and strategy governance sitting in the London office.
Digital Planning covers both Brand and Performance campaigns, and the media channel scope is as follows:

We service both the Global and Regional H&M Strategy & Media teams.

We’re looking for a commercially minded and client-focused leader to help shape one of our most important global partnerships.
In this role, you’ll work at the centre of creativity, strategy and delivery, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while driving meaningful growth. You’ll play a key part in connecting talent, insights and innovation to deliver exceptional work for H&M. Build and nurture senior client relationships, becoming a trusted partner who brings valuable insight and perspective

Anticipate client needs and proactively introduce new opportunities that support H&M’s business and marketing goals

Lead collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated, high-quality work

Shape and contribute to the strategic business plan, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation

Oversee account health, ensuring challenges are addressed and opportunities are realised

Lead commercial conversations, working closely with procurement and finance partners to deliver fair, sustainable outcomes

What you need to succeed....

Experience managing senior client relationships within a media, agency or marketing environment

Strong commercial awareness, with confidence handling negotiations and identifying growth opportunities
