Account Executive (FMCG/Creative Agency)

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Account Executive to join our growing team at Qwerty.
For 30+ years, we’ve been delivering standout design, print and production for some of the UK’s leading FMCG brands. We work at the intersection of creativity, production and commercial delivery — bringing ideas to life and making sure every project gets over the line.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves keeping things organised and wants to build their career in a fast-paced creative and production environment and is keen to learn more about the food and drink industry.
What you’ll be doing
As an Account Executive, you’ll be an important part of the team, supporting our clients and keeping projects moving from brief through to delivery.
- Supporting the management of client accounts and building strong day-to-day relationships
- Coordinating multiple projects, deadlines and deliverables — without dropping the ball!
- Taking client briefs and making sure they are clearly communicated to the wider team
- Working closely with our design, production and commercial teams to keep projects on track
- Preparing quotes, estimates and project information
- Keeping clients updated throughout the project lifecycle
- Helping to solve problems and find practical solutions when things don’t go to plan
- Making sure every project is delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard
- Providing a friendly, responsive and top-tier service to our clients

- Detail-focused, with a real eye for getting things right
- Calm under pressure and able to keep things moving when deadlines are tight
- Commercially aware and keen to understand what makes a client’s business tick
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Keen to learn, develop and build a career within a creative production environment
- Experience within FMCG, print, media, creative agencies or a similar client-facing environment would be a bonus, but it’s not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
