Pay: £300 Per Day
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 07:30-16:30.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking an experienced site manager to oversee the completion of a 100 plot housing site in Exeter. You will be tasked with driving the progress of the site, maintaining high levels of health and safety, liaising with sub-contractors and site teams, attending site meetings and feeding back progress to the contracts Manager.
YOU’LL NEED:
- Relevant experience
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Reliability and punctuality
- Proof of right to work in the UK
You’ll be paid weekly based on a signed timesheet via CIS or Own LTD.
