Sigma Embroidery & Printing is a growing workwear, embroidery and printing business based in Witchford, near Ely. We supply and personalise garments for businesses, schools, colleges, organisations and events across the UK using a range of in-house embroidery and printing processes.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and adaptable new team member to support both our office and production departments.
The Role
This is a varied hands-on role where no two days are the same. Working as part of a small team, you will assist across many areas of the business including customer service, administration, stock handling and production support.
Typical duties will include:
- Handling customer enquiries by email, telephone and at our counter
- Processing orders and updating our online systems
- Liaising with suppliers and ordering stock garments and materials
- Checking and updating products on our websites
- Receiving, unpacking and allocating incoming deliveries
- Assisting with embroidery and printing production
- Packing and despatching completed customer orders
- Supporting the business at exhibitions, events and trade shows when required
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys variety and is happy to get involved wherever needed. Previous experience is helpful, but personality, reliability and willingness to learn are more important than specific industry knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using online systems
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
Hours
We are ideally looking for somebody to work approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. However, we are flexible regarding working patterns, hours and days, and are more focused on finding the right person for the role.
Additional Information
Due to our rural location in which is not well served by public transport, applicants will need their own transport.

Pay: £12.71-£12.90 per hour
