We are looking for experienced, passionate, and friendly Front of House Staff to join the team at The Fenwick, an exciting food-led pub reopening under new ownership.
The Fenwick will focus on delivering high-quality food, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a busy hospitality environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and friendly welcome to every guest
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout each shift
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard
- Ensuring tables and dining areas are clean, organised, and well presented
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of our food and drink menus
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues professionally
- Following all food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing procedures
- Supporting colleagues to create a positive and efficient working environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous front-of-house experience in a quality food-led pub, restaurant, or hospitality venue
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help others
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
