I have a live-in position for a Commis Chef at a country house hotel in the Cotswolds.
Applicants should be qualified to NVQ level 2 and be looking to develop in a fine-dining environment and rosette standard kitchen. You will be working 5 days and approximately 45 hours per week, basic salary £26 - £28,000 per annum plus tronc of £3,000. Accommodation is available in walking distance though ideally you will have your own transport due ton the rural location.
One to two years kitchen experience will be beneficial and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
