MK College have an exciting new opportunity for a ESOL Lecturer to join the team based at HMP Winchester within South Central. As the ESOL Lecturer, you will be actively engaging prison-based learners with creative classes and resources from Pre- entry to Entry 3. Many of the learners have a diverse range of needs and learning abilities, they will often have had a negative experience with education. As a successful tutor, you will truly inspire them and provide learners with a positive learning experience.
As an ESOL Lecturer, you will be supporting learners to achieve success and guiding them through the courses such as speaking and listening, reading and writing. You will not only help them to achieve qualifications, but also confidence and skills they can apply to employment upon release, or to other areas within education.
