We are looking for an experienced Country Sales Manager UK to lead our sales team in UK.

The Country Sales Manager UK drives sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term customer partnerships within the UK market.
This role combines strong leadership with hands-on Key Account Management, acting as the main link between strategic customers, the local market, and EMEA headquarters.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for Tier 1 and Tier 2 key accounts to maximize revenue, margin, and market share
- Own and manage the country sales budget, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability
- Act as the executive-level point of contact for strategic customers, building trust-based, long-term relationships
- Drive new business opportunities, contract renewals, and complex negotiations to accelerate predictable revenue growth
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction
- Monitor performance through KPIs, forecasts, and business reviews, leveraging BI and CRM tools
- Represent the company as a local market ambassador, aligning global strategy with UK market needs and leading the local sales team
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in sales roles with proven success in strategic account management; proven experience in Automotive Aftermarket sector
- Demonstrated experience in P&L ownership and consistently exceeding commercial targets
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset, plus excellent command of sales tools and CRM systems to drive best practices
- Availability to travel extensively across the UK, covering around 50% of working time
