We are a busy, friendly accountancy firm looking for an Admin/Accounts Assistant to support our growing client base. We are looking for either part-time or full time. If you are organized, accurate and enjoy varied admin and finance work, this could be a great fit.
What you will do
- Onboard new clients and prepare quotes
- Manage client compliance forms and monthly checks
- Set up and maintain records in our practice management system and business portal
- Handle scanning, filing and general office admin
- Do various tasks in Excel
- Update our Facebook page and website
- Support the team with ad-hoc finance and admin task
What you will bring
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Confident with Excel and general office software
- Professional communication and positive attitude
