Residential Support Worker
You'll support children and young people with their daily routines, education, independence, emotional wellbeing, and personal development while creating a safe and nurturing home environment.
Team Leader
You'll lead shifts, mentor Residential Support Workers, support the Registered Manager, maintain Ofsted standards, and help deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience within a Children's Residential Home
✔ Passion for supporting children and young people
✔ NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred)
✔ Leadership experience for Team Leader applicants
✔ Strong safeguarding knowledge
✔ Full UK Driving Licence preferred
